"By far the worst State Farm agency I have EVER dealt with. Ted's group mis-quoted 2 of my 4 policies. Screwed up my coverage on several occasions. When asked for the proper coverage they never got back to me. I carried 4 auto, Motorcycle, Home, Boat and Umbrella. and when I shopped around for the exact coverage. Progressive and Allstate were 1/2 the price same coverage on auto and motorcycles. Then when asked for a standalone quote on home... They screwed that up as well. Furthermore, when asked to speak directly with Ted on several occasion throughout this ordeal. He does not have time to speak with customers. An agent who only has time to rip people off, yet does not have time to discuss the issues inside his organization. IS NO ONE I WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
